Miscellaneous

This Agreement and any operating rules for Today Property Deals established by it represent the entire contract of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and overtake all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject topic. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
